The responsible Employment Agency or Jobcenter decides whether an activation or education voucher can be issued.

For registered job seekers where vocational language training can improve employment opportunities.
Employees
Vocational training may also be relevant for employees who want to improve their professional qualifications.
Risk of unemployment
Additional language qualifications can help improve professional prospects and may help prevent unemployment.
Short-time work
Vocational training opportunities may also be available during periods of short-time work.

Placement test
First complete our written language placement test.
Consultation
During a free consultation we assess your existing skills and recommend suitable training.
Training proposal
We provide you with a written training proposal to present to your responsible adviser.
Redeem your voucher
If the relevant voucher is approved, you can redeem it with us.
Individual training with an AVGS voucher
Individual vocational language training funded through an activation voucher from the Employment Agency or Jobcenter.
Vocational Language Skills Training
The certified programme is offered as part-time individual training and can, where required, also be provided alongside employment or as “LaS fusion” combining classroom and virtual lessons.
- Duration: 1 to 8 weeks
- Maximum 4 lessons per day

Business Language Training Centre
Group-based vocational language training funded through an education voucher.
Business Language Training Centre
As an AZAV-certified training provider, Learn and Speak offers vocational language training in small groups.
- Maximum 12 participants per group
- Courses start with at least 7 participants
- Duration between 2 and 4 months
- Maximum 6 lessons per day
- With fewer than 10 participants, up to 2 lessons of blended learning per day are possible

Programme number
A corresponding programme number will be applied for.
Placement before the course
A written placement test is required before participation in the course.
To determine suitability and the appropriate starting module, the placement test may be supplemented by an interview with the educational management team.
